Software Development Test Engineer

Summary

Join SentinelOne's Windows Validation team as an automation developer, enhancing and maintaining automation tests and infrastructure. Collaborate with engineers to design and implement automation tests, developing, adjusting, and executing automatic tests, analyzing results, and reporting issues. You will plan, implement, and execute tests from design to release. This role requires 2+ years of automation development experience, proficiency in Python or Java, and experience with Windows environmental testing. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in automation development
• Testing products on complex system and system test orientation
• Experience in test automation using Python or Java
• Ability to reproduce and debug issues and work closely with the development to resolve such
• Self management capabilities: proactive, initiative, self-learner, team player
• Experience with Windows environmental testing

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain automation tests and infrastructure
• Work closely with other automation engineers and developers to design and implement automation tests
• Develop, adjust and execute automatic tests, analyze results to ensure existing functionality, actively report and consults with development engineers in resolution of problems and recommend corrective actions
• Planning , implementing and executing tests - from design to release
