Summary
Join 360Learning's growing R&D team of 60+ engineers, divided into product squads. You'll work on a complex codebase using MongoDB, Node.js, Vue.js, and TypeScript, contributing to a platform with 2.3M registered users. The role offers opportunities for rapid professional growth through a decentralized peer review process and pair programming. You'll collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers, tackling real technical challenges and contributing to the company's growth. Requirements
- Have significant full stack programming experience including experience with Agile methodologies, SaaS software architecture, and modern programming languages
- Have an interest in JavaScript technologies
- Be used to creating quality interfaces : intuitive, efficient, elegant
- Be comfortable with algorithms
- Have a product-oriented mindset and care deeply about the customers and the customer experience
- Have excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Be fluent in English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
Responsibilities
- Discover the 360Learning platform
- Have a global view on our codebase
- Become familiar with team's processes
- Implement your first tickets
- Integrate our decentralized peer review process to adopt our best practices
- Join a squad
- Work on the development of broader functionalities
- Level up your skills on our stack (Node, Vue, TypeScript, JS)
- Share your best practices within the team
- Create your own courses on the 360Learning platform
- Implement cross-functional tools, to allow the team to maintain its quality standards and increase its velocity
- Document, refactor, analyze features to maintain a high level of quality and transparency
- Onboard the new engineers in your team
- Be the owner of part of the codebase
- Work on complex functionalities that impact several teams and stakeholders
- Work on architectural changes impacting our entire codebase
