Summary

Altrio is seeking an Intermediate Software Engineer with 2+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and shipping major features for existing and new products using Ruby on Rails, writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with other developers, troubleshooting and debugging issues, staying up-to-date with industry trends, mentoring junior developers, and deeply understanding the needs of their business and clients. The ideal candidate should have experience delivering impactful projects from design to production, be familiar with Git and version control tools, possess strong problem-solving skills, practice best coding practices, communicate effectively, and be highly collaborative.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship major features for existing and new products using Ruby on Rails
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Mentor junior developers and lead best practices across the team
