Software Engineer

Requirements

• Proficiency in Go and Closure for backend development, and React and Typescript for frontend development
• Experience in managing scale, particularly with cloud infrastructure that processes millions of builds daily
• Strong expertise in Go programming language, as it is a core component of the team's technology stack
• Ability to work closely with Foundation teams to orchestrate pipelines effectively and support system integration efforts
• Experience in software engineering roles, with a focus on system integration, API development, and interaction design

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interfaces for our systems to facilitate seamless integration and interaction within our API ecosystem
• Lead the refactoring of our API ecosystem to create a world-class system that supports thousands of interactions efficiently
• Collaborate with AI assistants like Copilot and Codi to enable direct interfacing with CircleCI, streamlining tasks such as testing and result analysis
• Work on innovative solutions for AI assistants to call upon CircleCI for testing tasks and handle data exchange effectively
• Play an integral part in building for a significant increase in system volume, ensuring scalability and performance for future demands
