Summary
Join Driftrock's engineering team as a Software Engineer and collaborate with the company to enhance its product and foster innovation. You will be responsible for problem-solving, actively participating in the engineering team, and maintaining a data-driven approach to assess the value of your work. The role requires 3+ years of web development experience, strong backend experience (Elixir preferred), and a computer science background. Requirements
- You should have 3+ years of experience in Web Development
- You should have strong backend experience (Elixir is our favourite) and some experience with frontend frameworks
- You should have some computer science education background
- You are comfortable working with Linux
- You should demonstrate a desire to continuously learn to improve your technical, communication and other soft skills
- You value and enjoy working in a small team, collaborating closely with other engineers as well as members of other teams
- You can provide new and diverse viewpoints for our technical and product discussions and be comfortable making technical decisions
- You are interested in, and have a view on agile practices such as continuous delivery, TDD, pair programming, code reviews and retrospectives
- You can work in the same timezone as the rest of the team (flexible)
