Remote Software Engineer

Summary

The Software Engineer role at EvenUp's LOPS team is to lead the development and optimization of systems for deploying pioneering algorithms based on large language models. The engineer will work on user interface design for AI-generated document creation, collaborate with peers on high impact projects, and implement robust code in a modern tech-stack.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems with a focus on reliability, observability, and performance
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing high-quality software, delivering production-ready code, managing infrastructure, and crafting RESTful APIs to industry standards
• Clear, structured thinking and a track record of delivering complex projects
• Startup experience with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment
• Experience in Python or other programming languages such as Go, Java, or C++

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus: experience in AI, legal tech, and social impact projects
