Software Engineer

Summary

Join Experian's growing eCareNEXT Patient Access team as a passionate and knowledgeable software developer. You will contribute to the expansion and maintenance of our application product suite, working collaboratively with senior developers and product teams. This role involves analyzing existing systems, designing and implementing new features, enhancing existing ones, and resolving issues. You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to coding and testing. The position is a permanent, home-based role in Costa Rica, offering a comprehensive benefits package. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with relevant experience, is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field or equivalent experience
• 2 – 4 years of experience in a computing environment
• Experience developing web applications using React, C#, VB.NET , ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL
• You will work with peers in a highly collaborative environment
• Stay informed about relevant technology trends and developments and adapt to change
• Experience with responsive design concepts
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Lean environment

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain products into an existing product suite through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding and testing
• Implement high quality and software solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Author and build system level testing on applications
• Partner with QA Team to provide quality solutions
• Participate in architecture discussions
• Learn about existing systems, use cases, and customer needs
