Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong skills in React and Typescript
- Experience working with, or theoretical knowledge of systems that integrate with ML/AI models
- Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
- A growth mindsetโyou're eager to learn about reliability and performance
Responsibilities
- Build delightful scribe experiences for clinical conversations, helping clinicians focus on their patients
- Collaborate with our AI/ML team to implement medical speech transcription and note generation capabilities
- Work with APIs and services that power our transcription and note generation features
- Contribute to systems that ensure accuracy and reliability in medical documentation generation
- Help with performance improvements to enhance user experience in clinical settings
- Learn about Heidi's overall architecture and adopting practices for creating reliable and maintainable systems

Interest in healthcare, willingness to learn medical terminology, or curiosity about speech-to-text systems
