Software Engineer

Summary

Join Hightouch's Platform team as a backend-focused full-stack engineer to build and improve destination integrations for our Reverse ETL platform. You will work with various APIs, develop new features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, debug existing destinations, and guide technical direction. This role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication. You'll ship code daily, solving real user problems and contributing to Hightouch's growth. The salary range is $120,000-$170,000 USD per year, location-independent, plus meaningful equity compensation with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.

Responsibilities

• Work with a wide variety of APIs
• Develop new destination features and integrations based on customer needs
• Work cross-functionally with other teams in engineering, product, design, customer success, and sales
• Debug and improve existing destinations through code reviews and customer support tickets
• Help guide technical direction and priorities for destinations and UX
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to understand requirements and explain solutions
• Write code that is scalable, maintainable, and meets our high bar for quality
