• Implement backend features using technologies such as AWS, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL
• Support the growth and development of other backend team members
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend functionalities
• Promote best practices in backend development, including code quality, performance optimization, and security
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving backend architecture, tooling, and processes
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for their adoption where appropriate
