Summary
Join Keller Executive Search as an innovative and detail-oriented Software Engineer. You will play a key role in developing high-quality software applications that meet client needs. This position requires collaboration with product managers and designers, designing and implementing scalable applications, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting software issues. You will need a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of software development experience. The ideal candidate will also possess experience with modern web frameworks and Agile methodologies. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in software development, with proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, etc.)
- Experience in designing and developing API services and RESTful applications
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work well in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and define technical specifications
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software applications
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to ensure high-quality code
- Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, implementing solutions effectively and efficiently
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications, ensuring compatibility with new technologies
- Stay current with developments in the software engineering field and integrate new technologies as appropriate
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD processes
- Previous experience in a recruitment or staffing environment is a plus
