Software Engineer

Summary

Join Liftoff's Partner Engineering team as a Software Engineer and play a key role in developing technical solutions for our top partners. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions to enhance partner success within the mobile ecosystem. This hands-on position requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Requirements

• 2 + years of experience
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Go)
• Strong skills in SQL and big data analysis
• Empathy for customers and a passion for solving their problems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Clear, concise communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep technical understanding of Liftoff’s products and their impact on our customers
• Design and build custom technical solutions tailored to the needs of our largest partners
• Innovate by refining Liftoff’s tools and products based on direct customer and partner feedback
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues, implementing automated solutions to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless and consistent partner experiences
• Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence through thoughtful design, risk-driven testing, and code review
