Requirements

  • You have written software at scale in either Python or Golang or another open source language and you are looking to learn Python
  • You have experience with distributed systems at scale
  • You enjoy working collaboratively in a team, but can also work independently to solve complex problems
  • You seek help/feedback when required to ensure solutions are robust, performant, secure, etc

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable and robust solutions using appropriate languages and best practices
  • Improve the cost efficiency and query performance of our Postgres fleet
  • Reduce end-to-end latency of our data pipelines
  • Improve efficiency and throughput of our outgoing marketing systems
  • Add new channels to our outgoing marketing systems
  • Improve or refactor existing systems to meet required performance within existing constraints
  • Build new features for our clients driven by innovation, including LLM backed AI features
