Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong ability to translate design into code using engineering best practices
- Strong proficiency in Python and Python service frameworks such as Celery and Flask
- Experience developing streaming services leveraging real-time communications protocols such as websockets and Kafka
- Experience building APIβs using GraphQL, REST, and/or protocols such as Protocol Buffers
- Experience shipping and deploying code in a production product
- Strong communicator with high-EQ and people skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our core team to design the future of the product
- Work closely with the design team to understand and maintain product requirements
- Apply engineering best practices throughout the development, testing, and deployment phases
- Help us grow our team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Early-stage startups
- Ruby, Java or Scala experience
