Summary
Join Pantheon's Site Experience Team as a Software Engineer II and contribute to enhancing the core software used by our customers. You will focus on improving Pantheon's integration with WordPress and Drupal, ensuring top-tier performance and user experience. This remote position requires 2-5 years of web development experience with Drupal or WordPress, strong back-end skills, and a passion for continuous learning. You will work with a diverse technical stack including Go, Python, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Run. Requirements
- Passion for continuous learning on a diverse technical stack
- Desire to build new features and push the capabilities of the product forward
- Capacity to work carefully and meticulously, to ensure products are reliable and well tested, and deployments are stable
- Good writing skills, to contribute to technical documentation
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- 2-5 years of experience working in web development, delivering content using Drupal or WordPress
- Demonstrated capability to work with diverse technical stacks
- Strong back-end skills, including technologies such as RESTful and Graphql APIs, databases, and revision control systems
Responsibilities
- Enhance Pantheonβs integration with WordPress and Drupal
- Ensure the platform delivers top-tier performance, stability, and user experience for developers and content creators
- Build new services and maintain existing ones
- Work on a wide variety of technologies, including Go, Python, Kubernetes and Google Cloud Run
