Software Engineer

Summary

Join the Setup squad and contribute to the development and maintenance of tools and services enabling the creation of organizations, programs, and parameter configurations for financial products. You will develop and maintain projects using Golang and AWS, mentor other engineers, and make key engineering decisions. Responsibilities include executing Terraform, monitoring applications, participating in technical analysis, and promoting cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software development experience with Golang, experience with cloud platforms and IaC tools, and proficiency in relational and non-relational databases. The role requires upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Requirements

• Upper Intermediate English Level (B2)
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer
• Golang
• Any cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Infra as a code tools (Terraform, Ansible, AWS Cloud Formation)
• Relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases
• Microservices
• Unit and Integration Test

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain projects using the Golang language with deployment on AWS
• Proactively contributes to the betterment of other engineers in the company, through sponsoring, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback
• Consistently leads their squad to good outcomes from a technical perspective, ensuring appropriate engineering decisions are made to factor in technical debt, systems design, stability/reliability, monitoring/observability, and business need
• Execution of Terraform to create/remove new resources on AWS
• Monitoring applications through logs/metrics
• Participation in technical analysis with product team requirements
• Promote cross-team collaboration and act as a technical reference to share knowledge and drive alignment across squads
