Summary

The job is for a software engineer working on an AI system that handles uncertainty and solves problems in various domains. The position involves contributing to the development of internal systems and the core application with a focus on production-grade backend software engineering. The preferred programming languages are Julia, Rust, OCaml, Clojure, C++, or Haskell.

Requirements

• Production grade backend software engineering
• Functional or typed programming
• Core language is Julia, however we also like engineers with experience in Rust, OCaml, Clojure, C++, Haskell
• Larger scale software applications

Responsibilities

• Design new software features based on requirements
• Collaborate effectively with other engineers and researchers
• Implement clean, resilient and performant code
• Write comprehensive tests
• Write design documents for more complex problems
