• Contribute to building and maintaining highly reliable systems that serve millions daily
• Collaborate within autonomous squads to drive innovation & achieve user impact
• Take end-to-end ownership of services, from ideation to delivery and maintenance
• Help define and uphold operational excellence standards across Prismic
• Engage actively in adopting and refining the AI-driven tools and processes pioneered by Prismic
• Continuously evolve our technical capabilities to meet future challenges
• Mentor and learn from a vibrant engineering community

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in high-growth SaaS startups , where adaptability, speed, and scaling engineering teams are key challenges
• Are passionate about developing GenAI agents and developing against Large Language Models (LLMs)
