• Ability to mentor engineers of varying skill levels
• Willingness to handle periodic on-call duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale, safety-critical systems
• Blockchain knowledge
• Interest or experience in Rust, Solidity, Python, and Typescript
