Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong track record of building and shipping high-quality software
• Hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end technologies
• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• Experience with building and working with prototypes and iterating quickly based on feedback
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software systems, agents and cutting-edge AI prototypes
• Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and other engineers to translate ideas and research into functional and scalable products
• Build full-stack applications, with opportunities to work on all parts of the technology stack
• Embrace rapid iteration and agile methodologies to quickly deliver and test new features and products
• Contribute to the team's culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing

Preferred Qualifications

• Meaningful experience with front-end development frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency with AI tools for coding (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Co-Pilot)
• Experience in a startup or fast-growing technology company
