Summary

Join Second Front Systems (2F) as a DevOps Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of software delivery and security in the defense sector. You will work hands-on with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines, automate templates, build optimized Docker images, and manage Kubernetes deployments. Requirements

• Configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to ensure efficient and reliable integration and delivery processes
• Develop and Maintain backend services and automation tools using Go, Rust, Python and Bash
• Expert in automating templates in GitLab to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency
• Experienced in building and optimizing Docker images using libraries to support deployment needs
• Proficient in managing Kubernetes environments to enable secure, scalable, and reliable deployments
• Strong commitment to documenting applications and process you create

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, Python, Bash, and Typescript
• Certified AWS Solutions Architect and/ or Azure Solutions Architect
• Experience in systems administration, systems or software engineering, and/ or computer science
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and building optimized images
• Strong interest in matters of national security
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Ability to adopt, create and iterate on changing procedures
