Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of developer productivity or similar experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent developer experience instincts
  • Previous experience at a hyper-growth startup
  • Prior experience in a public cloud environment (AWS, GCP) using Kubernetes, Docker, and/or Terraform
  • Expert knowledge of various CI/CD workflows
  • Exceptional coding skills and the ability to ship lightning-fast. We primarily use Python and Elixir, but previous knowledge of each is not required
  • Excellent communication and writing skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an efficient CI/CD pipeline to help developers ship the software faster and safer in a structured environment
  • Build local environment tooling to enable the engineering team to build and test product features swiftly and safely
  • Work with the engineering team to get services deployed across different environments
  • Implement and optimize developer workflow to reduce friction and increase productivity
  • Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements
