Requirements
- With 5+ years of working experience in application development
- Proficiency in at least one of the following NodeJS development frameworks: Express, NestJS, Django or Flask, or in Ruby on Rails
- Experience with building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD commitment to quality software development
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB, have a comprehensive understanding of the decision-making process between SQL and NoSQL database
- Knowledge of caching mechanisms such as Redis or Memcached
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
- With a strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns
- Can keep up with the latest technological trends and continuously improve productivity
- Must have some experience in the front-end and have used ReactJS in the past
- Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work following the US time zone
- Must have a high-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 10 Mbps). Please note that we will require you to submit a document showing a screenshot of your speed test results and computer specs
- Must be willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
Responsibilities
- Investigate, identify, and fix software bugs reported by clients
- Provide timely L3 technical support to clients within the US time zone
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and improve software performance
- Document bug fixes and troubleshooting methods for future reference
- Help in developing new software features
