Summary

Zadara is seeking a software student to join their Compute Engineering team as a Software Engineer Student, where they will work on developing next-generation high-performance edge compute services. The role requires knowledge of microservices architecture, strong communication skills, independence, creativity, and a high motivation to work in a dynamic startup.

Requirements

• Studying for BSc/BA in computer science/SW engineer from a well-known university
• Up to one year from completing his/her academic duties
• Grades average of at least 80
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS and at least one major programming language (JavaScript, Python, Golang, Java, etc)
• Be an independent self-learner, responsible and curious
• Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities in the face of ambiguity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High motivation to work in a dynamic and innovative startup company

Responsibilities

Develop scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using microservices architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of a popular client-side library (React / Vue / Angular)
• Experience in Kubernetes, AWS, Cloud, and Microservices
• Experience in Linux
• Familiarity with DevOps practices such as continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
