Summary

Aircall is a communication technology company looking for a Growth Engineer to join their team and contribute to the company's growth. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions that focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. They will utilize a data-driven approach to inform decision-making and lead projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• You have at least 5+ years of experience in full-stack development on a large scale, with experience in technologies like Javascript, React, NextJS, Vercel and headless CMS, with a focus on delivering for security, scalability, availability, and performance
• You have a growth mindset
• You have exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
• You are biased towards action
• You have excellent analytical skills and a good relationship with data. You let data inform and confirm your decisions
• You enjoy working cross-functionally and wearing multiple hats as necessary
• You have a passion for learning and you are willing to tackle new challenges

Responsibilities

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and optimize scalable solutions that focus on customer acquisition, engagement and retention
• Utilizing a data-driven approach to inform decision-making, identify areas of opportunity and measure the impact of initiatives
• Leading projects and initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to team members around you and fostering a culture of innovation via operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with working on a Growth Engineering team is a plus
