Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Requirements

• 2+ years of development experience in Software Engineering
• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience
• Proficient in at least one JVM programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Scala
• Experience with at least one central framework like Spring, Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience working with at least one of the following data stores: Postgres, MySQL, Dynamo DB
• Experience with front-end web programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and ReactJS, with the ability to render server-side and client-side content
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Drive the design & implementation of new features - break down complex problems into their bare essentials, translate this complexity into elegant design, and create high-quality, clean code
• Make a meaningful impact in the lives of our community members
• Work cross-functionally with other teams (data science, product, design, marketing, analytics)

• Constantly learning about new technologies and industry standards

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Kubernetes and microservice architecture
