Summary

Join Standard Metrics, a fast-growing financial collaboration platform, as a Senior Fullstack Engineer. Reporting to the Tech Lead Manager, you will significantly contribute to our core product and company culture. This role requires strong fullstack web application development experience, ideally with experience building applications from scratch. We offer a competitive salary ($165,000-$240,000 annually plus equity), comprehensive benefits including 100% health insurance coverage (USA) and flexible vacation time. Requirements

  • 6+ years of fullstack development experience
  • Expertise in Python (with Django framework experience preferred) and Typescript (with React framework experience preferred)
  • Strong record of building and delivering web applications
  • Understanding and adherence to modern software development practices (Gitflow, continuous integration, peer reviews, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Design, architect, and build Standard Metrics’ core product as a member of the engineering team
  • Take ownership of entire outcomes, and continue to support and grow them through iteration, documentation, and bug fixes. We do not have a QA team
  • Collaborate with the product team in scoping and defining the features that will best help the company achieve the outcomes aligned with our goals and the values we believe in
  • Be an active contributor to the company culture and future hiring efforts

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in modern infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, CircleCI, etc.)
