Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-stack development experience
- Be a self starter with great communication and organizational skills and have worked in a team environment before
- Strong understanding of code design, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience working in an on-call rotation supporting a production environment

- Tackle significant engineering challenges, such as leveraging big and complex data sets in generating actionable reports and insights for our customers
- Optimize query performance and cost
- Use cutting edge frontend technologies to create an incredible user experience
- Take on a variety of challenges around building and optimizing an ultrafast application for massive scale, which sends billions of messages based on billions of data points
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience building distributed systems at scale
- Professional experience with any of: Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, Java, MongoDB, distributed systems
- Experience with agile processes
