Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with a strong track record of success
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication skills with peers, teammates, stakeholders, and managers
  • Ability to work through project unknowns and ambiguity, leading the charge to bring clarity without sacrificing code quality
  • Excited to own one or more large areas of our technology architecture by understanding motivations, taking initiative and proposing improvements
  • Familiarity with scaling technical concepts such as database load, caching strategies, and performance optimizations
  • Interest in working with distributed architecture paradigms such as async processing, job queues, and eventual consistency
