You will drive innovation and transformation across Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management Systems. This role requires technical expertise, team leadership, and strategic planning, working closely with cross-functional teams. You'll oversee development, support, and optimization of solutions to streamline fulfillment operations and enhance the customer experience. Requirements
- Have experience with warehouse management systems, order management systems, transportation management systems, distribution center software, or similar solutions
- Bring 5+ years of experience building and scaling real-time solutions, including 3+ years managing high-performing engineering teams
- Have a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-focused solutions aligned with business objectives
- Have extensive hands-on experience with one of the widely used programming languages, such as Golang, Java, or similar
- Prioritize clear, honest communication and build strong, collaborative teams based on trust and autonomy
- Excel at setting and communicating clear priorities to your team and cross-functional partners
- Be flexible, pragmatic, and committed to building high-quality solutions that meet user needs
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth
- Define priorities and deliverables for projects that optimize fulfillment systems, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Partner with product managers, operations, and algorithms teams to continuously improve fulfillment processes and customer delivery experiences
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance, minimizing disruptions to daily operations
- Drive initiatives to modernize fulfillment systems, improve workflows, and reduce inefficiencies
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on team progress, challenges, and milestones
- Find, hire, and develop people that compliment each other as a diverse, inclusive team
- Facilitate technical design discussions, remove blockers and align stakeholders
- Inspire an atmosphere of continuous improvement by serving as a coach, mentor, and technical advisor
