Requirements
- Demonstrated fluency in developing clean, maintainable, testable code
- Experience working with Java
- Understanding of relational databases & SQL
- Experience working with web technologies HTML, Javascript, and CSS
- Experience or knowledge on modern development and deployment methodologies including experience with AWS, GCP and/or Azure
- Experience working in a collaborative Agile SCRUM team
- Interest in expanding knowledge and applying knowledge to solve industry problems
- Keen interest in learning and the ability to apply your knowledge to craft clean code
Responsibilities
- Build and integrate interactive web applications, services, and apps
- Work in a range of languages and environments
- Expand our CI/CD pipelines and increase our automation footprint
- Collaborate with co-workers during SCRUM ceremonies
- Develop less experienced team members by pair programming, reviewing pull requests, leading initiatives, hosting knowledge sessions, or providing advice and guidance
- Collaborate with different functions of the organization including Product, User Experience Design, Customer Success, Sales and Service Delivery
- Play a role in architecting, testing, and deploying SpryPoint's enterprise applications
- Build and deploy enterprise-level web and mobile applications for clients across North America
