Software Engineer III

Summary

Wrapbook is seeking a Software Engineer III with at least three years of experience in building production web applications, particularly Ruby on Rails. The role involves collaborating with other teams, writing performant, scalable, and secure software, and ensuring code is well-tested and well-architected. Requirements

• You have at least three years of experience building production web applications
• You are eager to learn and level up your skills
• You have experience writing SQL queries and a general understanding of SQL indices (PostgreSQL is a plus)
• You are customer-focused and like to pay attention to detail and value quality
• You have experience building Ruby on Rails applications and APIs

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and product managers to provide elegant solutions to Wrapbook customer problems
• Review code and have your code reviewed
• Write performant, scalable, and secure software
• Ensure code is well-tested and well-architected
