Requirements

  • You are a skilful engineer with high standards and a passion for quality backed by 3+ years of related work experience
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals: algorithms and data structures, with the ability to understand when to apply them to complex problems
  • Experience implementing responsive designs into software by developing reusable components with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Proficiency in JavaScript libraries/frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular. Advanced knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience in working with various APIs, understanding how systems and microservices integrate with each other

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and deliver software solutions for product features - with consideration to high performance, high-quality systems and applications using modern industry best practices
  • Ensure the quality of your work through comprehensive testing, including writing automated tests. Aim for high test coverage and proactively address security and performance concerns
  • Work independently to gather requirements for ambiguous problems, and collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders to determine requirements for semi well-defined problems
  • Write simple, efficient, self-documented modular high-quality code that follows best practices and improves the overall codebase. Apply advanced knowledge of programming languages and frameworks used in your domain
  • Investigate debug and solve issues within a broader context
  • Engage confidently in technical discussions, contributing to decision-making sessions and influencing the team with your expertise. Contribute to process improvement through documentation, design reviews, pair programming, code review and discussions

Benefits

  • $117,450 - $126,225 a year
  • This range does not include any potential incentive programs, such as individual or organizational performance bonuses
