Requirements

• Professional experience testing video streaming applications (e.g., live video, VOD, WebRTC, RTMP, HLS)
• An innate ability to analyze web applications and identify weaknesses to be tested
• Experience testing applications both manually and with automation
• Fully owning all projects you take on or that are assigned to you, working independently with little to no assistance from other team members
• A passion for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and finding bugs

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Video team to gather test automation needs and solve application errors
• Build, document, and maintain an end-to-end testing framework
• Identify application weaknesses and review bug reports to highlight problem areas and opportunities for new testing
• Define, apply & maintain effective automation design standards and practices with the objectives of maximizing reusability and maintainability
• Escalate critical bugs and work with developers to prioritize fixes
• Create and maintain test & engineering documentation
