Requirements

• 2-5 years of working experience in Software Testing Automation, using known testing frameworks
• Knowledge of Selenium / WebDriver, Playwright
• Knowledge of OOP languages like Java/Groovy/C#
• University degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related disciplines
• Knowledge of basic SQL queries
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of testing frameworks like TestNG, Junit, Spock or Serenity
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Communicate with internal teams (e.g., developers and business analysts) to help identify missing requirements
• Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities for your projects
• Develop comprehensive and well-structured Test Plans and Test Cases
• Execute functional and non-functional tests (manual and automated)
• Develop automated Test Cases based on automation frameworks built in-house
• Perform thorough automated regression testing, analyze results and troubleshoot failures
• Identify, document and track issues in Jira

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, Travis or GitLab CI
• Understanding of Spring Java Enterprise Framework
• ISTQB certification foundation level
• Knowledge in Agile/Scrum
• Willing to innovate, learn and share knowledge
• Solid analytical thinker and problem solver
• Self-driven, responsible, taking ownership
• Comfortable working in a flat company structure with a proactive goal-oriented attitude
