Join our team and contribute to democratizing product development! We're looking for a Software Engineer in Test (SET) to help us improve product quality, development productivity, and testing efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must have interest and enthusiasm for product quality assurance and QA structure building
  • Have knowledge or experience in software testing
  • Be able to design and implement test strategies, including automated testing
  • Have skills/experience in implementing/operating/introducing automated testing

Responsibilities

  • Promote quality assurance related work such as product specification grasp and adjustment, implementation of automated tests based on test strategy, and improvement of CI/CD
  • Be involved in all aspects of quality, including but not limited to, specification review and improvement, user-centric UI/UX verification, and development process improvement
  • Define and implement a quality assurance strategy for Tailor's business growth and build a team around it
  • Promote test efficiency and automation
  • Develop process improvement related work
  • Design, implement, and report tests

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in software product development
  • Have experience in setting up test environments and knowledge of CD/CI
  • Have experience in developing SaaS products
  • Have experience in platform development
  • Have experience in process improvement in projects

Benefits

  • Salary: 80-150 million yen
  • Flexible time system (no core hours, no flexible hours)
