Join Culture Amp's Melbourne Engineering Internship Program from November 25, 2024, to February 28, 2025! Gain hands-on experience, exposure to talented engineers, and expand your technical skills through a 3-month software engineering internship.

Requirements

• You are currently working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering (or a related STEM field) and expect to complete it within the next year
• You have a growth mindset and you are willing to embrace challenges
• You are willing to learn to work across the technology stack that Culture Amp uses to develop our products - you are likely to find yourself working with TypeScript, Ruby, Kotlin, and Go but not limited to only these
• You are a proactive and clear communicator. You value empathy and kindness and are able to articulate your ideas and feelings when writing or speaking, and are open to the perspectives others bring

Responsibilities

• Tackle a wide variety of technical problems across our codebases as you build features with support from your team
• Collaborate with other engineers in your team through pair programming
• Work with the product managers and designers in your team to understand customer problems and help to develop, refine, and then implement solutions
• Maintain and support the services your team is responsible for
