Software QA Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Quality Assurance Engineer and provide testing and validation support to our engineering team. You will review requirements and design documents, create test plans and cases, estimate and coordinate testing activities, and track bugs. You will also liaise with internal teams and monitor debugging processes. Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Engineering experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• English proficiency: B2 level (Intermediate-High)

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specification, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Work experience in software development automated testing is a plus
