Summary

This remote position involves assisting clients with software issues via phone and ticketing systems, collaborating with product and development teams, and creating knowledge-based content. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a self-learner, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role requires a video interview, written assessment, and final interview. Responsibilities

  • Respond to client questions and issues via phone and ticketing software (Zendesk and Jira)
  • Assist clients across multiple products
  • Work with Product and Development teams to help improve the product and deliver solutions to clients
  • Document frequently asked questions and prepare knowledge-based content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with customer support teams and processes
  • Have an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Have experience with issue ticketing systems such as Jira and Zendesk
  • Have experience with traditional overnight/athletic camps or retreat centers (staff or camper)
