Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working remotely for a US-based or EU-based company
• Must be absolutely fluent in English with excellent verbal and written business communication skills
• Basic software testing experience or other IT experience
• Great organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong technological aptitude
• Good time management and the ability to prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Analyzing Requirements: Understand user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility
• Test Planning and Execution: Perform various levels of testing, including UX/UI and system testing
• Defect Management: Analyze test results, identify errors, bugs, and usability issues. Track and manage software defects and inconsistencies, providing recommendations for repairs
• Quality Assurance: Provide QA support and maintain relevant documentation
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Development team and Customer Support team for smooth coordination and understanding of project needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a technology or SaaS company
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, YouTrack, Postman and other testing and issue tracking tools
• Experience wth test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium or similar
• University degree
