QA & Software Tester

Summary

The job is for an experienced QA & Software Tester to join the team working on Camo, a video solution app that has been recognized by Apple Design Award in 2023 and Microsoft’s Build ‘23 keynote. • Want to develop your understanding of the testing and bug fixing process in a modern software company
• Have a passion for excellent apps, and a keen eye for bugs and design issues

• Can communicate technical details clearly, with strong organisation and process skills

Responsibilities

• Test new versions of the app to confirm that new features work as intended, provide feedback on the design of new features, and to look for bugs
• Support communication between the support and engineering teams to ensure that the success team’s technical questions are answered and that the engineering team understands any issues our customers are facing
• Work with our support team to measure the impact of bugs on our customers in order to help our engineers prioritise fixes
• Investigate bugs which our customers have reported so that we can understand them better: finding ways to replicate them and working with our engineers to work out the root cause
