Requirements

• Get satisfaction from diving deeply into technical problems to develop a precise understanding of them
• Enjoy working as part of a small, focused team of individual contributors, and like taking ownership of issues
• Have a passion for excellent apps, and a keen eye for bugs and design issues
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Can communicate technical details clearly, with strong organisation and process skills

Responsibilities

• Test new versions of the app to confirm that new features work as intended, provide feedback on the design of new features, and to look for bugs
• Support communication between the support and engineering teams to ensure that the success team’s technical questions are answered and that the engineering team understands any issues our customers are facing
• Work with our support team to measure the impact of bugs on our customers in order to help our engineers prioritise fixes
• Investigate bugs which our customers have reported so that we can understand them better: finding ways to replicate them and working with our engineers to work out the root cause

Preferred Qualifications

Have any experience with software engineering — although it's not necessary
