Summary

Join our team at AppViewX as a Solution Architect in the UK! You will be responsible for designing solutions to various business challenges of our customers, working closely with our Customer Success Managers and Solution Support teams. As a key member of our Solution Engineering team, you will help design onboarding plans, define strategic account plans, provide demos and training sessions, and engage in strategic discussions that lead to sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with knowledge on PKI and Cryptography
  • You have, over the years, refined your troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • You can communicate with business and technical prospects in a clear and valuable manner
  • You propose unconventional solutions with a high success rate to enterprise customers
  • You don’t stop until you achieve your team’s goals
  • Proficiency in Linux & Windows
  • Familiarity in Cloud, ADCs, Virtualization, and python

Responsibilities

  • You will be at the forefront of customer interactions designing solutions to various business challenges of our customers by working closely with our Customer Success Managers, Product Managers, and Solution Support teams
  • You will help design onboarding plans working with our Customer Success Managers that identify and solve specific business challenges for our new customers
  • You will help define strategic account plans with our Customer Success Managers to drive adoption of our platform, provide demos and training sessions for our customers where needed
  • You will be the first point of escalation for customer escalations, working closely with our Solution Support teams on solving issues
  • You will help and assist customers navigate technical challenges through their lifecycle and moving them quickly to attain value on the investment made, be their trusted technology advisor
  • You will help conduct and organize customer lunch and learn sessions, regional customer events to help with our marketing and branding strategies in various regions
  • You will engage in strategic discussions that lead to sales opportunities
  • You will also work closely with our product management teams to help define product enhancements and long term roadmap based on interactions with our customers and the industry in general
