Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Active Directory, EntraID, One.Identity, SavvySuite
- Experience with operating system (OS) and database (DB) level integration, as well as expertise in directory services, access management, and identity management (IDM) layers
- Understanding of modern authentication & authorization (SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect) is required
- Experience in microservices architecture and API gateway technologies
- Experience designing solutions for multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Responsibilities
- Design and advise end-to-end solutions to meet business needs and technical requirements
- Consult and support the teams in designing solutions for complex demands
- Describe the solution context and solution intent, analyze technical trade-offs, determine the primary components and subsystems
- Take part in defining and communicating a shared vision for our environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that address those requirements effectively
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Experience with SAP (S/4HANA, SAP, etc.) and HR tools would be a strong asset
- Experience in managing third-party vendors and integrating third-party solutions into the overall architecture would be an advantage
- Architecture Governance: Define and enforce architecture principles, standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to various stakeholders
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or Zachman is a plus
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) is an advantage
- Very good conceptual and analytical skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
- Knowledge in one Programming Language is appreciated
