Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 + years in software architecture or solution architecture roles, with 2 years focused on SaaS or ERP integrations
- Deep understanding of integration technologies such as REST APIs, webhooks, message queues, ETL tools, and iPaaS platforms
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards. Deep understanding of modern authentication and identity standards (e.g., OAuth2 ). Knowledge of zero-trust principles
- Familiarity with ERP systems or large-scale SaaS systems (e.g., Salesforce , Oracle, Workday) and their integration patterns
- Experience with cloud-native architectures , Azure specifically
- Proficiency in integration tools and scripting languages (e.g., Postman, Swagger, Python, JavaScript). C # and SQL are must-haves
- Strong communication , documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Design Integration Patterns: Architect robust, reusable, and scalable integration patterns for connecting external systems to our SaaS ERP platform
- Guide R&D: Collaborate closely with R&D teams to develop new integration methods and enhance existing ones, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business goals
- Enable Solution Consultants: Partner with solution consultants to ensure they have the right tools, documentation, and best practices to implement integrations effectively
- Governance & Standards: Define and enforce integration architecture standards, including API design, data mapping, security, observability, and resiliency
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend integration technologies, platforms, and tools to support evolving business needs
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, QA, and customer success teams to ensure integration solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements
- Mentorship: Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to developers , solution consultant s , and tech leads involved in integration projects
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company
