Summary

Join our team as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant and contribute to the implementation of innovative HR solutions for global companies. As a key member of our SAP Business Unit, you will design and deliver tailored end-to-end solutions, leveraging your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on solution architecture
• Proven experience in conceiving and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global companies
• In-depth understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration possibilities
• Experience leading and coordinating IT implementation projects
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as problem-solving competence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Conducting requirements analyses and creating detailed technical specifications for SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Designing customized end-to-end solutions with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, based on best practices and industry standards
• Developing solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs
• Providing technical advice and support to customers during the implementation and use of SAP SuccessFactors
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer meetings for customers and project teams
• Collaborating closely with functional consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful implementations
• Developing and refining best practices and standards for SAP SuccessFactors implementations
