Summary

Join Nagarro, a leading Digital Product Engineering company, and contribute to our global SAP business unit. We are seeking a Project/sub-project manager for S/4HANA conversion projects, primarily in the upper midmarket manufacturing industry. You will interface between customer IT and Nagarro's Conversion Factory, participate in presales activities, and co-design the Conversion Factory's further development. This role requires strong project management, communication, and technical skills within the SAP environment. Requirements

• >5 years of experience in the SAP environment (consulting, architecture, project management)
• Experience with S/4HANA conversions (system conversion, shell conversion with SLO technology (SDT)
• Know-how in cutover management
• Familiar with the SAP product strategy and motivated to drive it forward
• IT architecture knowledge & understanding of platform strategies
• Technical-functional understanding of SAP
• Experience with project management methods (classic & agile)
• Strong communication skills, initiative, customer orientation
• International experience and collaboration with multicultural teams
• Willingness to continuously develop
• Language skills: German (business fluent), English (fluent)

Responsibilities

• Project / sub-project management in S/4HANA conversion projects, primarily in the upper midmarket, manufacturing industry
• Interface function between customer IT and the internal Nagarro Conversion Factory
• Participation in presales activities: Proposal preparation & customer presentations
• Co-design of the Conversion Factory - active further development of delivery methods and tools
