Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a proven track record
• Strong experience in designing and implementing complex systems, from concept to delivery
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, including system integration, scalability, and security
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design systems that are adaptable and future-proof
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the overall architecture for a new fintech product, ensuring it aligns with business goals, user needs, and technical requirements
• Define and document detailed solutions that meet the functional and non-functional requirements, including scalability, security, and performance
• Work closely with key stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and executives, to align the solution architecture with business objectives
• Provide expert advice and consulting on the best architectural practices, frameworks, and technologies to use
• Ensure that the architecture is designed to scale as the business grows and is secure to handle sensitive financial data
• Produce clear and concise documentation outlining the architecture design, strategies, and processes to ensure smooth handoffs to development teams
