Requirements

• 5+ years' of relevant ServiceNow experience
• Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Define client solutions and foundation, conforming to ServiceNow standards and based on leading practices and business needs
• Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion
• Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business needs
• Establish architecture standards, provide guidance, and conduct code/functional reviews to the project team on the technical design format and content
• Collaborate with the Engagement Managers on the project estimates and solution approach
• Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
• Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions
