Requirements

• 3+ years coding in. JavaScript and ServiceNow implementations and / or integrations required
• Designing, architecting and lead developer of ServiceNow implementations and integrations required
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator required
• ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist - CIS required
• ServiceNow - Certified Application Developer desired
• Experience working with Web Services technologies such as RESTful. and SOAP around APIs desired
• Experienced with any or all of these skills desired: J avaScript, ServiceNow and scripting required
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player
• ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering desired (or related Technical field)

Responsibilities

• Architecting, designing, developing, implementing and integrating ServiceNow solutions
• Solutions across any / or combination. of ServiceNow. modules: ITAM: SAM/HAM, ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CSM, SPM, TSM and FSM are all great areas for consideration
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable ServiceNow and JavaScript code
• Develop on the ServiceNow platform including applications, database integration, interfaces, and / or new functionality enhancements
