Summary

Join Trace3 as a Regional Solutions Architect and cultivate strong client relationships through technical expertise. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and develop sales strategies. Drive revenue by designing and implementing solution architectures, reviewing service requests, consulting with users, and providing technical analysis and deliverables. Maintain a portfolio of relevant solutions, leverage strategic partner resources, and participate in discovery sessions, providing recommendations and high-level designs. Contribute to peer reviews, kickoff meetings, and provide post-sales support. Continuously update professional certifications and expand technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited university
  • A minimum of 4 yearsโ€™ experience designing technology solutions for Mid to Enterprise Market
  • Demonstrated expertise in the following technologies:Switching and routing architectures across multiple manufacturersWAN architecturesNetwork security products from multiple manufacturersWireless Networking
  • Exhibit forward thinking, positive leadership talent, attention to detail, ingenuity, appreciation/empathy for customer perspective
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills โ€“ presentations, written and oral communications
  • Possess strong time management skills and the ability to manage a varying workload while meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent deals of varying size and complexity, leading presentations and discussions as needed
  • Must have home/virtual office setup within New York City or surrounding areas

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales team to identify new client opportunities and create sales strategies
  • Provide up to date knowledge of secure network technology solutions and packages leading to provide discovery of client needs, recommend solutions that best meet the business needs of the client, configure competitive high-level designs, and present design solutions
  • Maintain a portfolio of relevant solutions within a designated technology specialty and proactively provide support and enablement, drive attention, interest, and consequent sales in the portfolio with the purpose of consequently hitting growth targets through a variety of means
  • Gain working knowledge of strategic partner portfolio and tools
  • Participate in detailed discovery sessions, provide customers with recommendations, provide high-level designs, build BOMs and SOWs in a timely manner. Provide demoโ€™s where applicable
  • Participate in the peer review process, internal and external kickoff meetings and provide consultation during project or onboarding work
  • Provide post-sales technical solutions support, when needed
  • Keep professional certifications up to date. Execute professional development plan and continue to expand on technical capabilities
